Who I Am

I am a Positive Psychology life coach, grief navigator, mindfulness and meditation teacher, joy reclaimer, recovering alcoholic, chaplain, and triathlete here to assist you with moving through grief and even finding the gifts from the experience, goal achievement, life transitions, addiction & affected family member issues, and recovery from trauma.

Deep listening and recognition of your strengths

Highlight your Strengths

Your top strengths are part of who you are and in conjunction with your other strengths are available to assist you to go after the goals you’ve identified.

Identify and Clarify Goals

We will clarify and identify the deeply meaningful goal(s) that you want to accomplish.

Build a Roadmap

Finally, we will build a roadmap to take you to your goals -identify small but significant steps; recruit inner resources; learn from mistakes and celebrate successes.
